PC swimmers split with Sylvania

The Port Clinton Swim team faced a powerful Sylvania Southview last Saturday and wound up with a split. The girls won handily, 123-58, while the boys dropped a 108-61 decision.
Freshmen McKenzie Stine and Gracey Steward each scored three wins each with Stine winning the 200 freestyle by nearly 5 seconds as well as the 500 freestyle and participating in the win of the 400 freestyle relay team. Stewart won the 200 IM and also participated on two winning relay teams. MacKenzie Stewart did her thing winning the 100 breaststroke and participating in the winning 400 freestyle relay team.
Michael Long won four events for the boys.
