Port Clinton volleyball team loses to Perkins

Port Clinton’s Lady Redskins volleyball varsity lost a tough match Thursday night to the Perkins Pirates, 25-16, 25-10, 25-15. Senior Hannah Sarty served 8 points for the Lady Redskins while senior Ericka Castillo had 10 digs. Sophomore Marissa Day was 24 for 27 on serves received while finishing with 7 digs and 5 kills. Sophomore Taylor Zink had 3 blocks for the Redskins. 

The ladies are back in action at Huron on Tuesday. 

The JV Redskins lost in 2 sets, 25-11, 25-13. Freshmen defensive specialist Abbey Weldon had a great game for the Lady Redskins in the back row.
