Mary Alice Streeter “Myrt” June 30, 1921-Jan. 7, 2013

Mary Alice “Myrt” Streeter, 91, of Port Clinton, passed away, Monday, Jan. 7. She was born June 30, 1921, in Port Clinton, the daughter of William F. and Clara A. (Hoffman) Wolf. She enjoyed a good joke and with a twinkle in her eye didn’t mind telling a bad one. Myrt was a casual, relaxed person who got things done without fluster or flurry. She held dear her family, friends, church and community and will be greatly missed by all.

On Monday morning, “The other Mary Alice”, otherwise known as Myrt Streeter, also passed away. She was a character in the best sense of that term. She and her late husband Clarence raised a family of beautiful and successful children, and they will forever be her legacy.
