National Debt

I have been unable to comprehend how our leaders and population can accept the fact that our country can spend more money than what it is GIVEN to operate.  I repeat, what is given TO OPERATE ITS ACTIVITIES.  Our country does not earn income as it relies only what we are asked or maybe demanded to give. What a wonderful system that is presently out of control.

Dear Ottawa County Community,

On behalf of Home Instead Senior Care, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in the 2012 Be a Santa to a Senior program.  Through your generous support we were able to deliver 350 gifts to seniors in Ottawa County.  Thank you to Wal-Mart, the Rite-Aid stores in Genoa, Oak Harbor and Port Clinton and Lori Jo’s in Elmore for allowing us to put up the trees with the gift requests.

Dear Ottawa County,

Each year for the past several years, Home Instead Senior Care has sponsored the “Be a Santa to a Senior” program that helps to provide Christmas gifts to those seniors who would otherwise have nothing. Since it inception, Home Instead has worked with Ottawa County Senior Resources’ Home Delivered Meal program to identify those seniors in need of some special Christmas cheer!
