PC Youth baseball and softball sign up

It is Port Clinton Youth baseball and softball sign up time. Registrations have been sent home via the schools. To register youth to play baseball or softball, visit the Facebook page at Port Clinton Youth Baseball and Softball or visit the website at www.pcybsa.org to print a registration form. (Schedules are not on the website at this time). Forms can be printed off and taken to the school for pick-up. Sign-up deadline is March 11.

The league is looking for volunteers. For those interested in volunteering, there will be a meeting  on March 4th at 7 p.m. at Ida Rupp Library (back meeting room A).

NBOH donates to Oak Harbor revitalization

Earlier this year a group of volunteer business owners and residents gathered to organize what is now the Oak Harbor Downtown Implementation Committee. The goal of the committee is to revitalize the downtown area by bolstering the existing economic base and identifying opportunities that will attract and accommodate future investment. Over the past several months, the committee focused on how to organize and create the necessary amenities such as atmosphere, land use, marketing and branding to draw people back into Oak Harbor’s downtown district.

Howard Hanna welcomes Leonard

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services welcomes Gloria Leonard, from their  Adrian and Manitou Beach offices, to their Catawba sales office. She will continue to reside in Michigan while assisting clients in both Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio.

Gloria grew up in Livonia/Plymouth area of Michigan with two brothers and one sister. Gloria graduated from Churchill High School with Business/Accounting AP classes as her primary focus.
