“Look Beyond” is the theme for Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month 2013. Ottawa County Board of Developmental Disabilities and other related organizations celebrate Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month in March, and invite you to consider the true meaning of this year’s theme, “Look Beyond.”
The 60 Plus Nursing Assessment Clinic, provided by the Ottawa County Health Department and funded by Ottawa County Senior Resources through the CDBG program, provides the following services by a Registered Nurse:
Health assessment, medication counseling, blood pressure check, blood test for anemia, blood test to measure blood sugar, cholesterol screening, weight, diet information, health education, referrals to private physician for evaluation, if needed.
