The Jodie McCallum Gallery will be promoting the Arts in a unique new venue. "The Art of it All" will feature not only the Visual Arts, the Performing Arts but also the Culinary Arts. This new venue will be introduced at the McCallum Gallery on Saturday the 11th of October from 12:30 – 5 p.m.

The October introduction will include regionally known artists Charles Rowland. Charles is a Member of the Ohio Watercolor Society (OWS). His works are represented by several Galleries in Ohio including the McCallum Gallery. He will be demonstrating his mastery of one of the most difficult forms of Art - Transparent Watercolor. He also is an accomplished teacher of this discipline. Colin Budd makes one-of-a-kind, hand made functional wheel-thrown porcelain and stoneware items including bowls, vases, pitchers, plates, cups and mugs. He decorates many of his pieces with ancient Native American and Celtic motifs. He works out of his studios in Port Clinton, OH and Tucson, AZ.

The McCallum Gallery will also be featuring the talents of the Terra Community College of Performing Arts. Smooth Latin American Jazz & Blues will be heard from the Gallery. Terra will be entertaining at the historic Sandusky State Theater later this year, and the McCallum Gallery welcomes the opportunity to partner with the talents of their newly formed "Department of Music, Arts & Humanities".

To complete the afternoon of "The Art of it All" - Visual, Performing, and, last but certainly not leased, the Culinary Arts - the Gallery will be featuring the tastes of Avery's Café. Avery's will be providing some of the samples of munchies that they are known for.

The Gallery is located at 724 West Main Street in Marblehead. Ph. no. 419-798-3318.
