Realtor®/Broker Bernie Hammer of C Heintz Realty ltd, Oak Harbor, has been awarded the “President’s Sales Club” Award of Achievement designation from the Ohio Association of REALTORS® (OAR) for the year 2008.
Hammer is a member of the Firelands Board of Realtors®, Toledo and Firelands Multiple List and services Ottawa, Sandusky and Lucas Counties.
Honorees were recognized at a President’s Sales Club Dinner during OAR’s annual Convention, September 14-17 at Columbus. Bernie Hammer and Connie Trimble were in attendance at the convention attending training classes and seeing the latest technology at the trade show.
All OAR members in good standing were eligible for the award.
Award criteria for Award of Achievement is ($1 million in sales or commercial leases or 25 sale/lease transaction credits).
