Mark your calendar for SATURDAY, October 25th  to attend the Ottawa County 4-H Endowment Auction at the Camp Perry Clubhouse.  Love those Buckeyes?  Want a chance to attend a 2009 game?  Want to support Ottawa 4-H members?  How about a close get-away to a beautiful Lakeside home for a weekend?   Maybe a 5 night condo (sleeps 6) stay in Kissimmee, Florida (near Disney) tickles your fancy!  Here’s the place to go for an opportunity to win through the live auction or many other raffles that go on at this annual event.

The Ottawa County 4-H Endowment Fund was organized in 1985 for the purpose of promoting the 4-H program in Ottawa County.  Monies raised through the Endowment Fund have gone to assist the program in many ways, including: 4-H Scholarships (given away that night); Citizenship Washington Focus,  State Leadership Camp, Ohio 4-H Volunteer and Teen Conferences, 4-H Camps; Advisors' Training Workshops; and also the popular 4-H In-School and After School Programs.

Camp Perry Clubhouse doors open at 5:00 p.m. for social hour and silent auction with Dinner served at 6:00 p.m.  The meal will be Swiss Steak with potato, salad, roll and dessert for only $15.

The 4-H Clubs and area businesses contribute a wide variety of items for the silent and live auctions.    Take time to invest in the best…our 4-H Youth!  Advance ticket sales for the dinner and auction are available for $15.00 from the Ohio State University Extension Office in Oak Harbor.  Please call 898-3631 to reserve your ticket.
