Engagement — Horn-Gaab

Stephen and Patricia Horn, of Catawba Island, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Sue Horn, to Kyle Joseph Gaab, son of James and Audrey Gaab, and Karen Gaab, all of Independence.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Port Clinton High School and a 2012 graduate of Keiser University with an associate degree in nursing. She is currently employed with Community Behavioral Services, Orange Park, Fla. 
The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Independence High School. He is active duty with the United States Coast Guard. The couple is currently stationed in Jacksonville, Fla.

Engagement - Schubach and Schell

Lauren M. Schubach and Daniel L. Schell are announcing their engagement. Schubach-Schell

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James Schubach of Green Springs, and Terry Hendrix of Escondido, Calif. She is a 2010 graduate of Tiffin University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Lauren is the operations manager for the Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Port Clinton.

The groom-to-be is son of the late Vickie Schell and the grandson of Robert and Amelia Schell of Fremont. He is the store manager of Radio Shack in Fostoria, Ohio. This union also includes Dan’s son, Benjamin L. Schell (pictured).

The couple met through mutual friends in March 2008. They currently maintain residence in Bettsville, Ohio. The wedding is planned for October 2012 at Camp Perry Lodging and Conference Center.
