Tester brought in $1,025.53 to top Bell’s $155.The Salvation Army's 12th annual Thanks Celebration was held last week at the U.A.W. Hall in Toledo. Representing Ottawa County were: Maureen Saponari, Director of The Ottawa County Salvation Army, and husband Richard; Heather Stouffer and Kristina Willoughby of the Salvation Army Advisory Committee; Dave and Kathy Mehl, Port Clinton city councilwoman; former Mayor Debbie Hymore-Tester; and Irma Torres and Kris Atwater, both from Job & Family Services.
