The annual Danbury Library Book Fair will take place in the District Library on Feb. 3-7 from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.
The ladies at the Fine Print book store in Lakeside will again provide the books for sale and will promote the book fair with programs held during students’ library times the week before the fair.
Students will visit the sale during their library time and may visit any other time their teachers allow. Parents may visit the sale any time during open hours. Just check in at your child’s school office first.
A special sale event will be held Tuesday evening, Feb. 4, from 5-8 p.m. That evening, use the main entrance on the east side of the school or the gym entrance on the west side of the school.
The books range from preschool to adult and any book can be ordered before, after or during the sale, prepaid. So, if a book sells out, or if parents want a book for themselves, it can be ordered and delivered to the school.
All proceeds go toward new books for the Danbury District Library. Cash or checks made out to Danbury Local Schools will be accepted.
