The 34th annual Main Street Port Clinton Walleye Festival takes place from May 22-26 at Waterworks Park. Thursday and Friday the festival will be open from 5-11 p.m, Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m.-11 p.m., and Monday 11 a.m.-5 p.m. The schedule of events is as follows:
Friday, May 23
5 p.m. Opening ceremony presentation of Colors by VFW Post 2480, Welcome by Mayor Vince Leone
7-11 p.m. Modern Bliss
Saturday, May 24
1-2 p.m. Civilian Marksmanship Program Grande Parade. Parade begins at PCHS, heads west on Tenth St., north on Madison St., east on Perry St., south on Jefferson St., and then back to PCHS.
1-5 p.m. OSU Buckeye Mobile Tour
2-2:30 p.m. Grande Parade awards at the entertainment tent
2:30-4:30 p.m. MarineMax Kids Activity Area featuring Michael Mage “a comedian stuck in magician’s shoes” and the Lake Erie Adventure Play.
3:30-6:30 p.m. King Bees
7:30-11 p.m. Fifty Amp Fuse
Sunday, May 25
9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Walleye 5k run/walk. Registration at 9 a.m. at Jefferson St. Pier
11 a.m. Registration begins for Skipper Bud’s Fishing Derby at Derby Pond
11:30 a.m. Kids Fishing Clinic presented by NPAA (National Professional Anglers Association)
12 p.m. Walleye 5k run/walk awards at entertainment tent
