Ahmyre McCree and Michaela Ferrell test water tension in Port Clinton Middle School Science.
Students in Mr. Jared Rhode’s Fleet 7 Science class at Port Clinton Middle School recently had a lesson in water tension. During a classroom experiment, students tested how soap affected the surface tension of water. Students dropped water on a penny and counted the drops to see how many can fit on the surface. They developed a hypothesis and worked in teams to see how soap affected the tension and then analyzed the results.
