Neighbors in the Jamestown area of Marblehead enjoyed gathering for a block party in the parking lot of St. John Lutheran Church, Stone and Elliot Streets, on Saturday, Sept. 15. 

An indoor garage sale and vendor gala will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 165 Toussaint Street, Oak Harbor.

Lake Erie Wing Watch family weekend is Sept. 22-23.

A Jamestown Block Party is being held 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  on Saturday, Sept. 15,  at the corner of Stone and Elliot Streets in Marblehad.

What happens to an artist’s work when a gallery closes?  Sometimes they never see their work again.  However, most of the time arrangements are made to return the stored and unsold work to the artist.
