The Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Salon 53 located at 3958 Harbor Light Landing on Aug. 9. Representatives from the Chamber’s Board congratulated Brenda Belcher on grand opening and wished her many years of success.
