GenoaBank, a locally owned, independent, community bank, today announced Blair Skilliter’s appointment as new Mortgage Loan Originator.
“We expect GenoaBank and our customers to benefit greatly from Blair as a new Mortgage Loan Originator,” said Martin P. Sutter, GenoaBank’s President and CEO. “He is eager to serve the community with personal attention and mortgage lending needs.”
Skilliter joins the team as a Mortgage Loan Originator, and will report to Mark Carr, GenoaBank’s Vice President, Mortgage Sales Manager. Skilliter will be based in the bank’s Genoa branch, but will be available to provide mortgage loan assistance at any of the bank’s other branches. He will be serving the communities in Northwest Ohio.
Skilliter, a Genoa High School graduate, said, “I am looking forward to assisting various customers in the community with their entire mortgage lending needs.”
Skilliter, a Genoa resident, earned his Bachelor of Arts from University of Mount Union; majoring in Marketing and Sales. While attending Mount Union, Blair was a member of the football team where they won the 2012 Division III Nation Championship. Blair has experience in Marketing, having previous rolls with the marketing consultant firm Enrollment Builders, where he specialized in Search Engine Optimization.
