Mike Miller, owner of Waldo Pepper’s, is proud to announce Nathan Gonyer as Executive Chef as of Dec, 9. Waldo Pepper’s has served the area for over four years, developing a reputation of great food all year round. Miller says that Gonyer will “expand upon our traditional favorites and make Waldo Pepper’s ‘the place to dine’.”
As a formally trained chef, Gonyer has worked with some of the top chefs in the world and has learned to mix old school and new school cooking to make his food flavorful and eye appealing. He has served as Sous Chef at both the Las Vegas Palace Station and the Las Vegas Palms Hotel.
“With Nathan’s creativity and following suit with our tradition of cooking with fresh ingredients, everyone needs to come out to experience Nathan’s creations at Waldo Pepper’s,” said Miller.
