Edgewood Manor receives Customer Experience Award

Edgewood Manor Nursing Center of Port Clinton is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2014 Customer Experience AwardTM. Qualifying for the award in the categories of Dining Services, Activities and Safety and Security, Edgewood Manor Nursing Center displayed a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.

Denice Day, Executive Director of Edgewood Manor, describes receiving the awards as an honor, stating that, “We strive to provide quality services to our residents and their families. We are thrilled that our staff has been recognized for their hard work and dedication.”

Throughout 2013 a sampling of Edgewood Manor’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions and the opportunity to rate Edgewood Manor in specific categories. Every month Edgewood Manor gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of the resident’s needs and make improvements when necessary. 

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, Edgewood Manor Nursing Center has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.
