The Ottawa County Improvement Corporation (ocic.biz) is pleased to announce that Gaye L. Winterfield has joined the organization as the Business and Workforce Development Manager. In this position, Ms. Winterfield will focus on supporting the employment and training needs of Ottawa County businesses, along with assisting in identifying strategic business development opportunities in the community.
Ms. Winterfield brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working with project management, grant writing, and new program development to the OCIC, having worked previously for Seneca County Regional Planning Commission and North Coast Strategy Group. “The OCIC is excited to officially have Gaye on board. Her passion for the community and its success is evident and she will be a key figure in enhancing and moving our organization forward,” commented Jamie Beier Grant, OCIC Director. Ms. Winterfield has been with the OCIC since April 1, 2014.
