Danbury Township has a new website and is offering and encouraging businesses based in Danbury Township to list their businesses on the website under “Local Commerce”. This is a free service and does not require the business to be a member of any chamber.

It bundles many of the state’s services and strategies into programs.

Oak Harbor DECA members presented awards to three local entrepreneurs on Feb. 12, at the ninth annual Entrepreneurship Awards Banquet. The banquet was held to honor local business owners for their contributions to the Oak Harbor Community. The Oak Harbor Rotary and DECA clubs hosted the event which included a buffet breakfast at the BeeKeeper Inn.
Chris McIntire, President and Founder of McIntire Retirement Services with offices in Perrysburg, Fremont and Port Clinton, recently attended a two-day Social Security seminar in Cincinnati. Premier Living, a Social Security consulting firm based out of Sharonville, Ohio, held the seminar. One of Premier Living’s two principals has 35 years of experience working for the Social Security Administration, while the second principal has 30 years of public accounting experience.
