PCHS Touch of Class attends A Cappella Festival

Port Clinton High School A Cappella Choir, Touch of Class.

On Nov. 9 members of the Port Clinton High School Touch of Class traveled to Kettering for the Kettering National High School A Cappella Festival. At the festival, they received personal performance clinics from prominent members of the a cappella community, including members of the professional group ARORA. Students were also able to take part in a Q&A session with the talented members of PENTATONIX. Following a day full of workshops and master classes, students experiences a live PENTATONIX concert with front row seats. 

The members of Touch of Class will be singing the National Anthem at a Cleveland Cavaliers game on Sunday, Jan. 5. The Cavs organization has made that night "Port Clinton Night with the Cavs." Tickets are available for a discounted rate of $30 and a portion of each ticket sale will be returned to the group as a fundraiser.
