A big Thank you to The Beacon, Mon Ami, sponsors of the Catawba Parade of Homes, Bill & Gayle Worley and all of those who came out to support The Salvation Army by attending The Catawba Parade of Homes Kick off Celebration on Thursday, June 20, at Mon Ami. $1,290 was raised for The Salvation Army – Port Clinton Service Unit.
The Salvation Army – Port Clinton Service Unit provides financial assistance to residents of Ottawa County in times of need throughout the year. They also provide many programs, such as Camp NEOSA, Tools for School and Christmas Toy Program, Food and Clothing Pantries, as well as disaster services in Ottawa County.
Currently, we are accepting applications for our Tools for School Program and looking for Volunteers to “ring the bell” for Christmas in July , July 19, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28.
