Lady Redskins lose to Clyde in tennis

The Lady Redskins tennis team lost to SBC Champions Clyde, 4-1, on Thursday afternoon.  This brings their record to 13-5 overall (8-3 in SBC).

Tiffany Colston & Morgan McGlothlin (PC) def. Brooke Smith & Clara Sewell (C) 6-0, 6-0
Desiree Boonen & Emi Bowers (C) def. Molly Haberman & Libby Showalter (PC) 6-4, 6-3

 “Tiffany & Morgan had a really nice win at 1 doubles.  They had gone 3 sets with Smith & Sewell in both of their first 2 meetings, so this was quite an improvement.  Everyone improved on their scores from the first time we played Clyde, and there were definitely some good matches tonight, “ said coach Lindsay Smith.  

JV winners for the Skins were Alexis Cash & Emma Young.

PC closes their season at Edison on Monday.
