Reflexology seminar offered free

Danbury Local Schools, through its Community Education Department, will be offering an informational class on the benefits of reflexology lead by certified reflexologist Dawn Cordero at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, in the high school library.
Reflexology works on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond with all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Foot and hand reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy with no tools, just the therapist’s fingers and thumbs. Reflexology can help many aches, pains, health conditions as well as relieve stress and tension.
There is no cost for this informational class but registration is preferred. The first three to call and sign up will be able to experience a 20-minute demonstration. Call Mrs. Henninger after 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday to sign up and for additional information about this class.
