Melinda Belden joins Alpha Delta Pi |
|
Melinda Belden, of 2761 N. Bluff Ridge Drive, Port Clinton, is a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority at Ashland University. She is the daughter of Diane and David Belden and is majoring in marketing. The purpose of Alpha Delta Pi is to promote high levels of scholarship, service and sisterhood while living up to the ideals of the founders and developing strong personal character. Alpha Delta Pi’s activities include fundraisers, visits to the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Ashland, the annual Walk-A-Thon, Total Membership Education Programs, participation in the Alcohol Awareness programs, sisterhood retreats and various social gatherings. Membership in Alpha Delta Pi is open by invitation to female students who have a 2.8 high school GPA or a 2.6 college GPA.
