The undead were spotted alive in downtown Port Clinton

Main Street Port Clinton invited zombies to take over downtown. Saturday night from 7:30-11:30 p.m. the zombie crawl included eight bars: Mr. Ed’s, Rosie’s Bar & Grill, Slater’s Madison Street Pub, McCarthy’s Irish Pub, Bait House River Bar, Kokomo Bay, Mango Mama’s and Papa Jimmy’s. The first 100 zombies that signed up got a t-shirt. As of Saturday night, over 150 tickets were sold with more being sold throughout the evening.

Downtown Port Clinton busy with trick-or-treaters Saturday afternoon

Main Street Port Clinton hosted a downtown business Trick-or-Treat Saturday, Oct. 26 from 1-3 p.m. Participating businesses downtown had orange pumpkins in their windows inviting ghosts and goblins to come in to get some candy. Main Street Port Clinton would like to thank the businesses that participated in the event and thank the trick-or-treaters that filled the streets.

50th Reunion of Port Clinton High School Class of 1963

54 members of the PCHS Class of 1963, along with their spouses and guests representing 13 states, gathered for their 50th class reunion on Saturday, Sept. 21. The festive weekend began Friday night as a brave group attended the soggy homecoming football game with Oak Harbor followed by a meet and greet at the Island House. Saturday’s activities included a tour of the new middle school and the new addition at Bataan Memorial.
