Port Clinton Boys soccer team goes to 12-5-0.

Port Clinton Boys soccer team played Wednesday night against Huron at Perkins stadium. Port Clinton won by the score of 4 to 1. The goals for PC were made by Nathan Stubblefield (2), Alec Ochs (1) and Josh Brown (1). Assists were given by Simon Shulz (3) and  Nathan Stubblefield  (1). PC had 6 shots on goal to Huron’s 2. Port Clinton’s record is now 12-5-0.

Jonathon T. Pope Memorial Scholarship Biddy Wrestling Tournament

On Nov. 3 at Port Clinton High School the Jonathon T. Pope Memorial Scholarship Biddy Wrestling Tournament will be held. This is an Ohio Wrestler .com Top 20 Point Scoring Event.

The tournament begins at 1 p.m., with weigh-ins Saturday, Nov 2, from 7-8 p.m. and Sunday Nov. 3 from 9:30–11 a.m. at the high school. The cost is $20. 

The tournament is open to all wrestlers up to 12 years of age as of Nov. 3, 2013. All weights in each division will be determined at the tournament.

PC NHS Adopt-a-Road cleanup

Port Clinton High School National Honor Society collected trash this past Sunday, Oct. 13, as part of their semi-annual Adopt-a-Road campaign. They collected approximately 45 lbs. of trash along Gill Road.
