Wanted: singers, actors, dancers and an accompanist for the Playmakers production of “High School Reunion: The Musical,” by Billy VanZandt & Jane Milmore.

The Ohio Small Business Development Center at Terra State Community College is offering a free, open to the public, two-hour seminar, “Small Business Basics,” that will answer questions about starting, buying or expanding a small business.

In an effort to raise the additional $22,000 needed to reach their goal, the Salvation Army has announced The Mayor’s Challenge this Saturday, Dec. 22, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at The Community Market in Port Clinton, where Port Clinton Mayor Vince Leone will be ringing.
