STEM team from PCHS competes in Robotics

Port Clinton High School STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Math) Instructor Mr. Bobby Good recently took a group of students to compete at the BGSU Falcon Best Robotics competition. The PCHS team was in the Top four teams with their Engineering Notebook. The team was coached by Mr. Bobby Good and Ben Stienmetz.

Shuffles return to Musical Art Series

Singers and actors John and Nancy Shuffle return to the Musical Arts Series at Firelands this Friday, Nov. 8, at 7:30 p.m., with a performance that features well-known favorites from opera to Broadway.  They will present a highly entertaining evening with a variety of popular songs to satisfy all musical tastes.

Rep. Redfern to hold Town Hall Meeting in Port Clinton

State Representative Chris Redfern (D–Catawba Island) will host a town hall discussion at Ida Rupp Public Library, 310 Madison Street, in Port Clinton on Monday, Nov. 11, at 9:45 a.m. 

Rep. Redfern holds town hall meetings throughout Erie and Ottawa Counties to listen to constituents’ ideas, concerns and feedback. He will also provide a brief overview of actions in the legislature for area residents to learn about and discuss state legislative issues. 

The event is free and open to the public. All are welcome to attend.
