| The parents of Melissa Lukac and Todd Kapp are proud to announce the engagement of their children. Melissa Ann Lukac is the daughter of James Lukac, Port Clinton, and Patricia Lukac, Marblehead. She is a 2005 graduate of Danbury High School, and a 2007 graduate of Mercyhurst North East College with an associate’s in business management. Todd Wade Kapp is the son of Robert and Diane Kapp, of Curtice. He is a 2005 graduate of Genoa High School, a 2007 graduate of Owens Community College with an associate’s in ag business management, and a 2009 graduate of the University of Findlay with a degree in business management. The couple will wed March 27 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Williston with a reception to follow at Camp Perry. |

Amanda, is a 2004 graduate of Oak Harbor High School and 2009 graduate of Lourdes College, Sylvania, with a bachelor of arts in history Andrew, a 1999 graduate of Bryan High School and 2004 graduate of the University of Toledo with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering, and is currently employed by Kaufman Engineered Systems in Waterville. An April 2010 wedding is planned at the Pemberville Opera House, Pemberville, with a reception following at Oak Shade Grove, Oregon, Ohio. |

| Suzanne Coykendale, daughter of Charles and Linda Coykendale, of Port Clinton, is engaged to Christopher Majewski, son of James and Mary Jo Majewski, of Cincinnati.
Suzanne, a 1998 graduate of Port Clinton High School and 2002 graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design with a bachelor of fine arts in illustration, is employed with the University of Cincinnati as well as a freelance artist. Christopher, a 1998 graduate of Oak Hills High School and 2002 graduate of the Columbus College of Art & Design with a BFA in time-based media, is employed by Proctor & Gamble and is a substitute teacher with Oak Hills Local School District. A late 2010/early 2011 wedding is planned. |

| Leslie Mortus, daughter of Gary and Carrie Mortus, is engaged to Brad Mesenburg, son of Bill and Nancy Mesengurg.
The bride, who lives in Port Clinton and graduated from Port Clinton High School, earned a bachelor of arts in health promotion and education from Baldwin Wallace College and is currently employed at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky. The groom, who lives in Collins, Ohio, and graduated from St. Paul High School, earned a bachelor of science in economics from Bowling Green State University and is employed at Mesenburg Bros. Trucking in Collins. The pair will be married Feb. 6 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Norwalk. The reception will be held at Mesenburg's Plaza Place in Huron. |

| An engagement is announced for Mary Ann Solem, daughter of Chester Solem and Jean Solem, both of Port Clinton, and Chadrick Charles Mitchell, son of Charles “Bud” Mitchell, Sandusky, and Marykay Whitmore, Castalia. Mary Ann, a graduate of Port Clinton High School, did undergrad work at Capital University and received her master’s through the University of Phoenix. She is currently a teacher for the Margaretta Local Schools. Chadrick, a Margaretta High School graduate, is currently employed by the Mack Iron Works Company. A June 19, 2010, wedding is planned at St. John Lutheran Church in Port Clinton. |
