Local adults earn Scouting honors

The programs and activities of the Erie Shores Council work to instill values in young people and prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential and becoming valuable citizens of our communities. The annual Scouter Recognition Dinner will be June 7 at historic Camp Miakonda, 5600 W. Sylvania Ave., Toledo. Dinner is at 6 p.m. with the program following at the outdoor Council Ring at 7 p.m.
