18th annual Tree-A-Rama Auction gets new look at The Arts Garage

Sports items are a favorite for Tree-A-Rama Charity bidders. This year’s year’s items include a Cleveland Browns football signed by offensive guard Wyatt Teller and NBA collectibles signed by the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Kevin Love.

The “Glitterific Tree” donated by Evolved Salon Studios in Port Clinton is one of the highlights of Tree-A-Rama 0n Sunday, Dec. 5 at The Arts Garage in Port Clinton.

The 18th annual Tree-A-Rama Charity Auction will team up with The Arts Garage on Sunday, Dec. 5 in Port Clinton and feature a wide range of holiday treats that the include the spectacular “Glitterific Christmas Tree,” unique pro sports memorabilia, local jewelry and plenty of gift certificates.

The charity auction is one of the largest fundraisers of the year for the Port Clinton Service Center of The Salvation Army. The major move to The Art Garage (TAG) of the Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council, 317 W. Perry St., Port Clinton, will give the auction a brand, new flavor.

A Silent Auction will kick off the festivities at 2 p.m., followed by the Live Auction at 4 p.m.

The Tree-A-Rama Charity Auction will focus on festive Christmas Trees and such holiday decorations as wreaths, centerpieces and Christmas gifts. All proceeds from the auction will go to The Salvation Army in Ottawa County and benefit the local community throughout the year.
