The Chalet at Ohio Living Vineyard on Catawba received a perfect survey from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH). This is the fourth consecutive perfect survey received by the assisted living provider.
According to the ODH website, each assisted living (officially termed residential care facilities) in Ohio receives at least one unannounced inspection and survey during a 9- to 15-month cycle. All aspects of care and services are evaluated based on state laws and rules.
ODH licenses and certifies approximately 720 residential care facilities in Ohio.
“Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care to our residents of The Chalet, and we’re excited that the Ohio Department of Health has validated their hard work,” said Paul Shaw, campus administrator. “Assisted living residents and their families deserve the best care, in a home-like environment, with peace of mind. We’re proud we provide that to them every day.”
