Robert “Bob” R. Welch, Jr., of Genoa, passed away Friday afternoon, Aug 2. Bob was born Nov 10, 1945, in Toledo.
Bob is survived by his wife, Barbra; his children, Ronald Welch, Robert (Vicki) Welch, Daniel Welch, Kristina (P.G.) Gerber and Jennifer (Todd) Lenart.
