The Marblehead Bank is not able to hold its traditional Annual Appreciation Week of hot dogs, ice cream and bingo. However, during Appreciation Days in July, the three bank branches will offer visitors a small bottle of hand sanitizer and free use of the Main Street Office’s coin counting machine.
Sanitizer is limited to one per visitor while supplies last and distribution began last week. Free use of the coin counting machine has begun and is available through July 18.
Marblehead Bank’s lobby is now open on a limit basis, with drive up services available during normal banking hours. The bank’s online banking and ATM services are available 24/7. The Marblehead Bank has carefully taken appropriate steps to protect customers and employees with sneeze screens, social distancing, masks and diligent sanitization. In addition, the bank is installing ionization units in the HVAC of both branches to help cleanse the air in the facilities.
