Along with his winning of the Catawba Island Club’s Stouffer Cup tournament recently, Catawba Island Club member George Arnos was awarded for the second time the 2021 Legacy Club by CIC’s Jim Stouffer.

Awarded annually since 2007, the trophy is a St. Andrews golf club originally restored by San Jack Caracci and converted to a trophy by his son David.

The Legacy Club Trophy recognizes the Legacy Club winner each year. The trophy is displayed during the year inside the Catawba Island Club Pro Shop.

The Legacy Club, started in 2007, promotes the CIC Golf Employee Scholarship fund supported by donations from various CIC Golfers each year.
