Local school teachers can let down their hair on Saturday, Sept. 18 for a Back to School Bash at Catawba island Brewing Company, 2330 E. Harbor Rd, Port Clinton, reports Jenne Cecilia. Bring your school ID, and join teachers, counselors, bus drivers, bus mechanics, cafeteria staff, janitors, school nurses, and teaching assistants.

Everyone from the local schools systems are welcome to enjoy a discounted menu all day, with beer and beverage bargains from 1-11 p.m. Matthew James Unplugged will play from 7-10 p.m.

On Friday, Sept. 17, there will be a Kopptoberfest Beer Release at 1 p.m.. The No Wake Band plays from 7-10 p.m.
