Bataan Intermediate Elementary School and Port Clinton Middle School had their top spellers on parade last week, competing in the Ottawa County Spelling Bee. Hosted by the Port Clinton Women’s Club, The Ottawa County Spelling Bee local finals will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the Port Clinton High School Performing Arts Center, with the top three spellers heading to the Regional Spelling Bee.
