Bataan students have artwork on display in Columbus

Bataan Memorial Primary students have their artwork on display in Columbus. First grade artists Jackson Foos (left), Bataan teacher Heather deHaas and Gabriel Fick (right) show off the artwork.

Two student artists at Bataan Memorial Primary Elementary will have their artwork on display at the Youth Art Month Exhibition and the Young Peoples Art Exhibition in Columbus.

Both artists worked very hard on their creations and I am so proud of their achievements and recognition,” said their teacher, Heather deHaas.

Jackson Foos artwork will be on display at the Youth Art Month Exhibition at the State Teacher’s Retirement Systems building, 275 East Broad St., Columbus. The artwork will be on display weekdays through March 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jackson’s artwork has been uploaded to Artsonia, a national online student art gallery. Go to Artsonia.com and search “OAEA” or by student name to see the artwork.

Gabriel Fick’s artwork will be displayed in the 40th Annual Young Peoples Art Exhibition at the Rhodes State Office Tower, 30 East Broad St., Columbus. The artwork will be on display weekdays from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
