Feb 20, 2024 | Entertainment | 0 comments

Over 300 cyclists are expected to hit the road for Bike MS: Bike to the Bay on June 8 and 9. Hosted by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Bike MS: Bike to the Bay is an opportunity for companies, coworkers, neighbors, friends and family to team up for an extraordinary ride to make a difference in the lives of nearly 1 million people living with multiple sclerosis in the U.S.

Bike to the Bay will start at Owens Community College at 30335 Oregon Rd. in Perrysburg.

Riders will cycle 35, 50, 75 or 100 miles towards Port Clinton High School, where food trucks, a kids area, a DJ and a spaghetti dinner will be at the finish line. Riders will finish their day by taking the Jet Express to Put-In-Bay or going to downtown Port Clinton to enjoy live music and local bars and restaurants. Jet Express tickets will be available for free to anyone who fundraises $1000 or more. On Sunday, two-day riders will travel back to Owens Community College. Lunch will be served at the beautiful Schedel Arboretum, and the 35-mile route will be a loop in and out of Port Clinton High School.

Bike MS: Bike to the Bay is one of nearly 60 rides across the country. This year, an estimated 46,000 people are expected to participate in Bike MS nationwide. Bike MS brings people together as individuals and teams to change the world for people with MS. Funds raised fuel life-changing breakthroughs for the nearly one million people in the U.S. living with the challenges and uncertainty of MS.
