Board cuts ribbon at new Oak Harbor Intermediate School

The board members and officials of the Benton-Carroll-Salem School District cut the ribbon to officially open the new $14 million Oak Harbor Intermediate School on Wednesday, Dec. 13. The much-needed school was built as an addition to the R.C. Waters Elementary School and will encompass kindergarten through 6th grade students.
