Caleb Joseph Sullivan, born Sept. 25, 2000, From Port Clinton, Ohio, went to be with Jesus on Oct. 9 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo surrounded by his loving family.

He is survived by parents Dennis and Crystal Sullivan, sister Caleigh Sullivan, brother Cody Rose, grandfather Dinny Sullivan, grandparents Ronnie and Thelma Webb. Services were Oct. 12 at the Port Clinton Chapel Campus in Port Clinton.

The Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton is assisting the family with arrangements.
