A group of Woodmore students got a jump on making school memories when they attended the annual Camp Wildcats, a free, week-long camp for any middle school or elementary school student on an IEP.
The camp, which ran Aug. 1 – 5, is hosted by Woodmore Middle School Principal Kevin Ball, who created the camp to remind his students they are deeply cared for.
This year, 28 teen and adult volunteers helped Ball as he took 47 campers to Cedar Point, Imagination Station, Martin Marietta and the Toledo Zoo.
