Carla Waggoner has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer of Croghan Colonial Bank, announced President and CEO Kendall Rieman.
Croghan Colonial Bank, founded in 1888, serves Ottawa, Sandusky, Erie, Huron, Seneca, Lucas counties with offices in Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Fremont, Bellevue, Clyde, Curtice, Green Springs, Maumee, Milan, Monroeville, Norwalk, Oregon, and Tiffin.
“Carla has demonstrated dedication and success in constantly improving our great operations teams,” said Rieman. “This promotion is reflective of her importance to Croghan and her abilities to help advance our operations areas.”
Since joining Croghan in January of 2021, Waggoner has been involved in operations and executive management duties. She will continue her oversight responsibilities of its operations teams, including compliance, deposit operations, loan operations, and IT.
Waggoner has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and 10 years of experience working in the finance industry. Her areas of expertise include strategy development, information technology, and project management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tiffin University and an Associate of Technical Studies in Management and Office Administration from Terra Community College. Waggoner and her husband reside in Ballville Township.
