The Catawba Island Township Trustees are seeking residents interested in serving as an alternate on the Zoning Commission. Alternate members are appointed for a one-year term and substitute at a meeting when a regular member is absent or has a conflict of interest.

The Zoning Commission usually meets at 7 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of each month. It is responsible for amendments to the zoning resolution and map.

To be considered for a board position your residence of record must be Catawba Island Township and an application for appointed positions is available at the Township Administration Building in the zoning office or by email to zoning@catawbaislandtownship.com. Applications should be returned to the zoning office.
