Cindy Ann (Payne) Bunning died on December 21, 2025, in Abingdon, Maryland, after a brave and long fight with cancer. She was born in Toledo, Ohio, on August 19, 1954. She was raised in Port Clinton, Ohio, and was a graduate of Port Clinton High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, Terry Lee Bunning, and her parents, Duane William Payne and Beulah Faye Payne. She had lived in Maryland for the last 41 years but always felt Port Clinton was her true home and missed it. Cindy had a strong love of animals, especially dogs. She had been an avid reader most of her life. More than anything she loved our Lord, Jesus Christ, to whom she had grown closer in the last couple years of her life.
