SANDUSKY — Civista Bank has announced its business leasing and finance subsidiary, Vision Financial Group, Inc, also known as VFG Leasing & Finance, has become a division of Civista Bank. The business equipment leasing and finance division will do business as Civista Leasing & Finance.
