Clarence “Luke” George Lucas, age 86, of Port Clinton, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 23, at Edgewood Manor. He was born on Oct. 7, 1934, to George and Margaret (Stayancho) Lucas in Lakeside-Marblehead.
