Turning heads at the 26th annual Jerry Lippus Memorial Classic Car Show on Madison Street in Port Clinton on Saturday was a 1960 Austin Healey Sprite. Behind the wheel was owner Robert Kansa, who will race the sports car at the Put-In-Bay Sports Car Races on Sept. 24-27. Saturday’s show was hosted by the Port Clinton Chamber of Commerce, and the People’s Choice Winner was a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air owned by Thomas Wieber. Judged the top three custom cars were David Goode’s 1931 Oldsmobile, Jerry Neff’s 1950 Oldsmobile and Gary Mason’s 1965 Plymouth Barracuda. (Photo by D’Arcy Egan)
